Eating breakfast with the children was proving to be difficult as of late. The cravings I had this time around were very specific so I was sure I'd soon be welcoming a merbaby. Anything that wasn't a fish dish sent me running toward the bathroom and I was constantly thirsty.
Thankfully spending time with her father and the pack had mellowed Cyrena's attitude. She and Calictus were a great help around the house cleaning and helping the girls with their homework.
Doria the sweet little darling would always come to hug me when the nausea was especially bad.
As a reward for all their help with the temple and the girls I threw a pool party for Cyrena, Calictus and their friends.
It had been a while since I last grilled but once the meat started sizzling it all came back to me.
All of the party guest couldn't get enough of my perfect burgers. They all had double and triple helpings so they were gone in no time. Young Dante was quite angry with Kiwi who got to the last burger.
Cody stopped by with a water slide for the children. The girls were delighted by the silly frog tongue and began sliding down it as soon as it was set up.
Calictus's long time friend Penelope made an appearance the two were fantastic dancers. They were going to set the dance floor on fire come prom.
After the party wound down and the guest departed I made a quick cheese pizza for dinner while the children played with their water toys.
The girls instantly took to windsurfing after I showed them the basic maneuvers.
Calictus and Cyrena took turns driving the speed boat around the waters near the temple.
After seeing how much the girls enjoyed windsurfing Calictus went out for a ride in the moon light.
I knew he found surfing in the moonlight exhilarating because I could hear him tell Norman all about it.
"Windsurfing with the moonlight reflecting on the waves was right up there with meeting Penelope for the first time Norman. It was just so amazing!"
Since I was having such a hard time with meals that didn't involve fish Cyrena and Calictus started frequenting the summer festival once they learned of the hot dog eating contests.
The girls decided to join them at the festival grounds so I took the opportunity to get a massage at the day spa. I'd grown so heavy that I was sure I was going to have more than one baby and soon.
The children were enjoying the beach and sunny weather when even after the massage I was still feeling back pains.
The baby was coming so I made my way up to the nursery to deliver the newest Divine.
After a few moments the twins were born. As I'd suspected during my pregnancy I had given birth to twin mermaid daughters.
Calictus joined me right away in the nursery to help with twins. He was the spitting image of Alcander as he held his baby sister.

Meet Elen, she looks just like Cody. Her little pink legs are just the cutest thing.
Her twin Eldora is without scales on her legs but Cody assures me she is a mermaid and that they will come in when she gets older.
Life has gotten a little hectic in the temple now that it is full to capacity. When I find a spare moment away from feedings, diaper changes and homework I head down to the kitchen to stock the fridge with meals. The girls have taken such a liking to the ocean that they've asked me for every water craft available.
"Mom, Dad says that we can get jet skies when we're teens if you agree. So can we please have jet skies when were older pretty pretty please?" Dasia and Doria begged.
"We'll see girls, we'll see."

Hey fellow sims fans! I've just come across a strange glitch and wondered if anyone has seen this before? My game crashes a lot on a good day and on a bad one a TON when I'm playing with Aphrodite. It crashed on me several times while the twins were being born so little Eldora has some issues. She doesn't have any scales and I can't change their color when I click on a mirror but the option is there. Her needs bars are also purple while her sister's are green. I've got a few other mermaids but none that have had a baby but their needs are purple too. I know that both are mermaids because they can be either one or the other when on parent is a mersim. Aphrodite is a witch and has a gold glow around her picture but the girls do not. I've already aged the girls and Eldora does get her scales I just thought it very strange that as a toddler she had none. Well thanks for reading and happy simming!
